The rooms at CasaCentro70 feature garden views and offer air conditioning and fan, and a private bathroom includes a very nice shower and free toiletries.

There is a nice, clean kitchen on site for the guests to share, or they can explore the many restaurant options available within 150 m from the property. And not just restaurants but also "cocina economicas" (inexpensive, privately owned diners) as well as several street food vendors where you will get an amazing local experience in local foods! In the area you will also find many bars and other services as well!

This is the heart of the Cultural Center! Mérida’s Historic Center is only 4 blocks from CasaCentro70, where you will find buildings of great architectural importance, including Cathedral of San Idelfonso (Merida Cathedral),  Olimpo Cultural Center, the Government Palace; and the Picheta Passage (about a 10 minute walk!). The Lucas de Galvez Market is only 450 m away (where you can buy just about anything!). The bus station (CAME) is about 500 m from the property.  Also, you'll find many city buses (autobuses) in the area that can take you anywhere in the city, or around Yucatan for that matter!  And being in such a great location within Merida's Centro area, you will have no problems in finding a taxi as well.

The Merida Center, especially the bustling "Merida en Domingo" (Merida on Sunday, where you will find many local vendors in souvenirs as well as food) is our guests' favorite part of Mérida, according to independent reviews.

Casacentro70 is ideal for couples who are traveling through the state of Yucatan or on their route to Quintana Roo , Campeche, Chiapas, Oaxaca  etc. In the same way the whole house is functional for large groups that are visiting the city for special events, conventions, congresses, etc.

You will find that the location and the property are very safe, comfortable, and in the perfect location for you and your family, friends, or business associates!

Both the city and the state are well known for their high level of safety and guests can walk worry-free both day and night anywhere in the area! You will also find that the Yucatecans are characterized by being very friendly and helpful people!

CasaCentro70 doesn't have a front reception desk, so the rental of the rooms is carried out in a more personalized way. It's important to contact us via email, text message or Whatsapp at least 24 hours in advance of your estimated time of arrival. The house does not have parking lot so if you have a vehicle, it should be parked on the street.

Compared to other locations in Merida our guests at CasaCentro70 are getting much more for their money! Couples in particular like the location.
